On July 23, junior reporters interviewed Mr. Masood Khan, the ambassador of the Pakistan Embassy, which is located in Beijing.

During the interview, Mr. Masood Khan envisioned the future of bilateral relations between China and Pakistan.

According to Mr. Masood Khan, there are economic, political, technological and scientific branches in this embassy, which are to protect its nationalities, promote culture, and encourage investment both in China and Pakistan.

Besides the embassy in Beijing, there are four consulates in Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Shanghai as well as in Hong Kong.

Mr. Masood Khan stated that Pakistan and China enjoy a time-tested friendship. Most importantly, China and Pakistan share a common strategic vision for peace and stability. Besides, traditionally Pakistan and China have collaborated closely in the United Nations and multilateral forums.
