August is no doubt one of the hottest months in Shenzhen. But even the scorching sun can’t keep people away from attending and participating in outdoor sporting events. According to the organizer, nearly 40,000 people attended Sunday’s women’s soccer final. Hot though it may be, people have their own ways of keeping themselves cool — both in temperature and in style. Here is a look at some of the efforts people have been making to stay cool.(From L) A cameraman during a beach volleyball match Aug. 18 at Dameisha, Shenzhen.
