THE photovoltaic power project in Jimo was named as the first batch of the country’s solar energy model projects recently.

The solar energy model projects promote the country’s development in photovoltaic power generating and receive subsidies from the Central Government.

The photovoltaic power project is in cooperation with Datang (Shandong) Power Co. Ltd. and Jimo with total investment of 332 million yuan. It can generate 28 million kwh after starting production.
