QINGDAO signed a cooperation memorandum with Brest in France and Kiel in Germany on Aug. 25.

The three cities will jointly work together to promote Qingdao International Sailing Week, Brest Sailing Festival and Keele Sailing Week. They will send delegations to attend each other's sailing events every year.

Each city will also help promote the other two cities during its own sailing activities. More cultural exchanges and sailing activities will be held among the young people and sailors in the three cities.
