My parents and I went to Hong Kong to watch the fireworks during the Chinese New Year.

At twilight, everybody gathered by the sea. When the display began, everybody cheered and applauded.

Some of the tourists were taking photos, but I didn't. I just wanted to imprint this in my memory. The show was fabulous. The dark sky was lit by the kaleidoscopic lights. It seemed like a REAL flower blooming in the dark sky.

"Amazing!" ''Unbelievable!" ''Wonderful!" These were some of the verdicts of the people around me.

I dare say this was the best firework show in the country this year.
