A CEREMONY was held recently at the Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST) to announce the approval of three national-level international technology cooperation bases in the city.

One is QUST's new material technology base, one is the marine fishery base of Yellow Sea Aquarium Product Research Institute, and another is Hisense's intelligent information base.

The bases will help create more channels in international cooperation and technology innovation and will become international bases for high-end professionals and technology.
