A Qingdao beer cultural business zone will be built in the middle of Shibei District, covering an area of 2.63 square kilometers. It will feature leisure equipment, commercial venues, business areas and residential communities and improve the city's urban environment.The center of the zone will be the former Qingdao Beer Factory and the other areas included a square, a me park and a shopping mall.

The square will be built next to Dengzhou Road and celebratory activities will be held in the future.

The beer theme park introduces the Qingdao beer culture and provide food, souvenirs and exhibitions to visitors.

The commercial venue will have high-end brand-name shops and hotels, becoming the busiest area in the zone.
