Officials from African embassies in Beijing at a meeting to promote business opportunities in Africa to Shenzhen investors at Wuzhou Guest House yesterday. The officials were invited to attend the China Hi-Tech Fair.

    Statistics show Shenzhen had approved 49 enterprises to set up branches in African countries by the end of October. The trade volume between Shenzhen and African countries was US$10 billion between January and September, double the volume for the same period last year. Sun Yuchen
