QINGDAO plans to build 20 training bases for technicians in two years in big companies and vocational schools.

    The city will choose 10 leading companies to set up the bases for company employees and 10 others to train high-level technicians at polytechnics, vocational schools and universities.

    The move is to serve the need of the city’s economic growth and industrial upgrading, according to a notice issued by the human resources authorities and financial bureau.
