A TOTAL of 39 girls from the Qingdao Scouts will represent the 30,000 scouts on the mainland to participate in a drill exercise in Hong Kong.

There are more than 40,000 students from more than 20 scout teams in Hong Kong and Macao attending the event and the Qingdao team is the only team from mainland schools. (Wang Yuanyuan, Dong Zhen)
