RECYCLING stations have been opened in 208 communities in Qingdao.

These stations were upgraded from the old stations based on garbage classification standard and were built with eco-friendly materials.

More than 6.5 tons of waste was recycled at the stations, creating revenue of 160 million yuan by the end of November.

Qingdao started construction on two garbage-sorting centers and a regional waste recycling market this year.

The project for recycling waste digital products and waste vehicles has been completed.

An online waste recycling system was also completed.
