MORE than 80 well-known agencies around the world have set up offices in Qingdao. Among these, more than 20 were overseas organizations, including PWC, KPMG and Ernst & Young.

    The city plans to introduce more famous agencies and preferential policies and subsidies will be given to new top domestic and overseas agencies. Meanwhile, service organizations are also set up to help agencies develop in the city.

    The city will continue promoting the development of the service industry to help small and medium-sized enterprises and industrial upgrading in the future.
