THE Lehar Symphony Orchestra from Austria has held a New Year concert at the Qingdao Grand Theater. It was the first time for the 100-year-old orchestra to perform in Qingdao.

    The orchestra was invited by Qingdao Polytechnic. It is famous for performing works by Franz Lehar, the famous composer from Austria. It has performed around the world over the past 50 years.

    Apart from playing Lehar’s famous pieces at the concert, they also performed several pieces of famous Chinese music.
