QD sailor makes history

Qingdao sailor Guo Chuan at a press conference. Guo has become the first Chinese to take part in and complete the Mini Transat 2011, the highest-ranking sailing event in the world. He finished in the 30th place.

Guo will start his global sail from Qingdao in November.
