QINGDAO will increase spending on the completion of its public cultural service facilities. On average, each resident will enjoy no less than 0.2 square meters of public cultural service facilities. In addition, the city will strive to hold no less than 60,000 cultural performances each year. Digital cinemas will be piloted in the city’s rural areas.
