On December 31, it was so nice. Our class was celebrating the coming of New Year 2012 by hosting a party. All the shows in the party were so impressive, especially "King Chu Loves Slim Waists" (《楚王好细腰》).

First, four ministers ate just a little food every day while measuring their waists, because King Chu loves slim people. Then, moving slowly with their hands on the wall, the four thin ministers went to the court feebly. Later, King Chu came, greeted them simply and asked the ministers to dance to show their waists.

The ministers stood in line and totteringly performed. They made faces, clapped hands, raised legs, turned left and right, went back and forth, and twisted their bodies. We in the audience all laughed loudly. Someone even imitated King Chu and the ministers. At that moment, the entire classroom seemed to be a happy fairyland. Certainly, King Chu was content with the slim waists.

Close to the end of the show, unluckily, a war broke out. King Chu and his country were defeated thoroughly, because the country had too many people with slim waists.

With the wonderful and meaningful show "King Chu Loves Slim Waists," we happily stepped into the new year of 2012.
