A 327-METER-HIGH skyscraper will be built, becoming the city’s tallest building. The building will be located in the downtown area of Shinan District. Hangzhou-based Greentown China Holdings Limited paid more than 4 billion yuan for the land in January 2010. The project includes a 74-story commercial building, two residential towers and a commercial complex. The total building area will be 354,649 square meters. There will be 1,600 parking areas and 239 apartments. Thirty-five percent of the total area will be used for business venues, while 20 percent will be a hotel and 10 percent will be shopping venues.
