QINGDAO will introduce 12,850 professionals in different fields this year, including 19 experts on a 1,000-member national professional list.

    The professionals to be introduced to Qingdao will also include 1,674 Chinese professionals who studied abroad, as well as 177 innovative start-up teams.

    The city will seek to complete related polices to encourage high-level professionals to start businesses in Qingdao. Each district will try to complete start-up centers and enterprise incubators this year.

    The city will spare no effort to develop advanced international marine science and a technology research and development center, buildings clusters of professionals in the field.

    The new economic zone in the city’s west coast will introduce 1,996 domestic professionals and 110 foreign experts.
