After getting off the train at my hometown during the Dragon Boat Festival, I unexpectedly spotted my father in the crowd.

I could not help but feel moved because we had had a quarrel shortly before. He had shouted, "You are not my daughter!" So it was doubly pleasing to see him at the station.

My father seemed to have forgotten the incident. He smiled at me, took my baggage, and asked me about the trip. After arriving home, he cooked my favorite meal. I felt closer to him than ever before.

My father actually has a good memory. He suddenly became "forgetful" because he loves me so deeply. So I decided at that moment to drop my caprice.
