Midterms and events
    2012-10-24  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Dear Readers,

Although it feels like the school year has just begun, we have to start preparing for our mid-terms already. Mid-terms are major exams that U.S. middle and high school students must take in January. In college, there are mid-terms in both semesters and each class has a separate testing date. That means different students experience pre-exam tension at different times.

Campuses throng with students who are looking for a place to study but I prefer to study in the dorm. In addition to my studies, I am part of various clubs that hold regular events that I must attend. Sometimes I even have to dress up for them.

It's also important to take time to get away from it all. Sometimes I take a walk in the park and listen to street artists perform. Indeed, some days can be very chaotic. I'd image that after midterms, my schedule will return to normal, and I will go about my day as usual.

But enough about me, how's your life on campus?

Sincerely,

Bingyin
