   The first sports meeting on our school’s new campus was held on October 26 and 27. Every student had some part in the event.

    At the opening ceremony, Senior 1 students performed radio gymnastic exercises and Senior 2 students did tai chi. At the class presentations, classes strived to show their unity and integration.

    Every competitor was cheered enthusiastically by their friends and classmates, taking photos along the way. Whether the athletes won a prize or not, they were applauded for their efforts.The broadcast station was also kept busy, announcing the schedule and rallying the crowd.

    The rain that fell in the afternoon of the first day did not dampen anyone’s spirits or halt the competition. Xie Bilan, a student from Class 10 of Senior 2, broke the school’s record in the female high jump event. We were all proud of her and also proud of our school for holding such a successful event.
