Our school’s old and new campuses each received visitors at the school’s open house on May 15. Lots of parents and teachers came to our school to visit classes. Though the weather was rainy, it didn’t reduce our passion and everything went well, as expected. The staff did a lot of hard work to prepare for it, and all the visitors said that it was a great success. The activity is a tradition of our school and it is held every year around this time. Not only does it offer a chance for parents to attend classes, but it also provides an opportunity for them to communicate with school leaders as well as teachers. Therefore, it acts as a bridge between teachers and parents. Teachers from other schools came to exchange teaching methods. All the students and faculty tried their best to showcase the characteristics of the school. For example, the teachers of Junior 2, Class 4 played games in class to stimulate the students’ interest and bring life to class, which left a great impression on parents who were in the classroom. Hopefully, our school will have more and more open activities like this. Students and parents already are looking forward to next year’s open house. |
