深圳市新安中学高二(3)班 王晓梅 指导老师:雷康成 汤颖 Wang Xiaomei, Class 3, Senior 2, Xin’an Middle School Instructed by Lei Kangcheng, Tang Ying I have studied at Xin’an Middle School for nearly two years, but it seems like it was yesterday that I began my senior life in the school. How time flies! With all sorts of academics and art lessons, my school life is both interesting and meaningful. As a science student, my favorite lessons are chemistry experiments. Months ago, we had a lesson on higher fatty acids and oil. At the beginning of the class, everyone was given a paper that described a systematic lesson plan consisting of part of the knowledge we would learn from the class and a test to see if we had mastered every point of the lesson. After we studied on our own for a while, Miss Liu Yingli, the chemistry teacher, helped us learn about the theory from examples in life. For example, she said, “Oil floats on the surface of soup because it is lighter than water, and we use soaps to wash clothes because they mix with oil.” The experiment is the most exciting part of the class. Huang Zhaoyu, my classmate, carried out the experiment. When the oil turned into a colloid, all of us gave a big round of applause. We were inspired by his display. Miss Liu told us to pay tribute to the person who did the experiment. As she said, his experiment contributed to our study. At the end of the class we had a test, which was a bit hard for most of us, but it was helpful for us to review the key point of the lesson. This was one of the most pleasing and impressive lessons I have ever had. |
