    Halle Berry has baby boy

Actress Halle Berry and husband, Olivier Martinez, welcomed the birth of their first son on Saturday.

A representative for Berry would not share any other details about the boy — Berry’s second child — including where he was born or his name.

The Oscar-winner has a 5-year-old daughter with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

Berry, 47, married Martinez, 47, in a private ceremony in France in July.

    Cranston going to Broadway

Having said goodbye to Walter White, the antihero* he played so indelibly* for five seasons in “Breaking Bad,” Bryan Cranston will make his Broadway debut this winter playing Lyndon B. Johnson in “All the Way.”

Written by Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Robert Schenkkan (“The Kentucky Cycle”), the three-hour historical drama is currently nearing the end of its sold-out run at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Woody Allen cancels ‘Blue Jasmine’ release in India

“Blue Jasmine” didn’t release in India over the weekend as planned, after director Woody Allen refused to accommodate* the Indian Government’s mandatory* anti-smoking ads. Before every movie — both Indian and foreign — an anti-tobacco ad by the Ministry of Health is screened depicting the hazards of smoking, while during screenings, an anti-tobacco text message is inserted on scenes showing characters smoking.

The critically acclaimed “Blue Jasmine” stars Cate Blanchett as a wealthy New York socialite* struggling to come to terms with reality after her husband is arrested for financial fraud.

    Eminem’s daughter crowned Homecoming Queen

Eminem’s daughter is all grown up! Hailie Scott, 17, was named Homecoming Queen at her high school in Michigan on Friday, and her famous dad was reportedly in attendance to watch her be crowned.

According to local newspaper Macomb Daily, Hailie, a senior, was voted Homecoming Queen alongside Homecoming King Tyler Knepp at Chippewa Valley High School. “Hailie came out with her mother Kim [Scott] when she was introduced with all the other kids but her father watched from inside the school because he didn’t want to cause a scene — he wanted Hailie to have her own moment,” one parent told The Macomb Daily about the event.(SD-Agencies)
