Taiwan singer Valen Hsu announced on Sunday that she and her Korean boyfriend Choi Jae-sung registered their marriage on November 8, reported Taiwan media. “We cherish each other and don’t want to wander around in a world without each other, so we made this decision. “There are no other reasons,” said Hsu in a statement to the media. Choi first caught the attention of the media when he accompanied Hsu to Hong Kong actress Charlie Yeung’s wedding in Singapore on November 2. He is reportedly a high-ranking manager in Korean entertainment giant SM Entertainment. “I only understood that love can come in such a moving, beautiful form when I met him,” said Hsu. She described Choi as “the other half in my life” and said they “will walk hand in hand towards a new journey in life.” While the 39-year-old singer did not directly address recent rumors which claimed she is already pregnant, she said she hopes to “enjoy a small world with just the two of us for now.” She also took to her microblog on Monday to thank her fans for their well-wishes. “Thank you everyone for your well-wishes,” said Hsu, who accompanied her post with a photo of her and Choi. “I will keep this happiness and emotion in my heart … let’s be happy together!”(SD-Agencies) |
