    Beyonce and Jay-Z will perform together at the Grammys, which will kick off on January 26, according to E! News.

    The couple’s appearance was confirmed on Sunday night in a CBS commercial*, which listed the duo* as performers for the ceremony.

    They were confirmed as performers, along with Taylor Swift, Lorde, Katy Perry, Daft Punk, Kendrick Lamar and others.

    Beyonce’s performance will be her first appearance on television since the release of her fifth album last month.

    Jay-Z will show up with a whopping* nine nominations — the most of any artist this year.

    The Los Angeles Times reported that Beyonce isn’t the only “surprise” at the show. Madonna was reportedly expected to show up during a performance by one of the night’s nominees.(SD-Agencies)
