FOUR Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is now offering special promotions on authentic Italian dining at FOO Restaurant until May 18. A famous Italian chef with more than 25 years’ experience in Italian cuisine and the executive sous chef at Four Seasons Maldives, Mauritius, and Singapore for eight years have been invited as guests to present Italian cuisine using regional recipes from Central Italy. Guests can choose from a variety of appetizers, including marinated wild mushroom with roasted eschalots, tomato Carpaccio with black olive tapenade and garlic prawns confit, eels in saor grilled polenta, and octopus Carpaccio. The main buffet is comprised of truffle scented potato cream with smoked pancetta in rosemary oil, porcini and fontina asparagus crespelle, chicken spezzatino with wild mushrooms, truffles and prawns and wagyu rump tagliata with a vegetable and pickle pesto.
