Talented entertainer Austin Mahone debuted on Monday on NBC’s “Today Show.” Mahone, 18, performed his current hits, “MMM Yeah” and “What About Love?” for the crowd, but it was his new song “Shadow” that got the fans screaming. To watch the live performance of Mahone, his fans camped out overnight to see their star’s mini concert at the Rockefeller Plaza in New York City on Monday morning; they would have missed school if it wasn’t Memorial Day. The entertainer got his start on YouTube, but he didn’t mind the spotlight of “Today.” As the concert could have been loud and over the top, Austin kept the performance tight with the feel of an intimate setting with friends. Mahone was born in San Antonio, Texas. He first started posting videos on YouTube with his friend Alex Constancio in June 2010. The following year, he began to build an online channel and post more videos. In 2012, Mahone announced that he had been officially signed to Chase/Universal Republic Records. His first single “11:11” was released in 2012, and soon he released a second single called “Say Somethin.” (SD-Agencies) |
