Nicola Peltz is having a busy summer thus far, promoting “Transformers: Age of Extinction” around the globe. The 19-year-old New Yorker, who starred in “The Last Airbender” and the A&E series “Bates Motel,” is quickly becoming a young style star to watch, wearing designs by Giambattista Valli, Balenciaga, and Saint Laurent, just to name a few, on the red carpet. From bold blues to perfectly placed cut-outs, Peltz has been knocking it out of the park at each city’s red-carpet premiere — and it certainly doesn’t hurt that she has celebrity stylist Leslie Fremar by her side throughout the promo tour. Peltz was born in Westchester County, New York. Her breakthrough came when she played Katara in the 2010 film “The Last Airbender.” She stars as the female lead, Tessa Yeager, in the fourth “Transformers” film. She has four older brothers, two younger brothers and a sister. In March 2010, Peltz made an appearance at the 2010 Kids’ Choice Awards on Nickelodeon, and she also appeared at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, along with “The Last Airbender” co-star Jackson Rathbone.(SD-Agencies) |
