Zhou Xun marries U.S. actor

    Chinese actress Zhou Xun surprised everyone by announcing her marriage to U.S. actor boyfriend Archie David Kao at a charity event in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province on July 16.

    At the end of the event for children with disabilities, entitled “One Night,” Zhou suddenly appeared on stage wearing a Chanel wedding gown with Kao in a black suit and announced they were married.

    ‘Voice of China’ Season 3 launched

    The third season of the popular Chinese singing contest “The Voice of China” will begin airing on Zhejiang Satellite TV starting on July 18.

    The weekly show is part of “The Voice” franchise* and is based on a Dutch program called “The Voice of Holland.” The third season welcomes a new vocal coach, Taiwanese singer-songwriter Chyi Chin. Returning to the show are first-season coaches Na Ying and Yang Kun and second-season coach Wang Feng.

    Adam Levine marries model

    Maroon 5 frontman* Adam Levine wed Behati Prinsloo on Saturday in Los Cabos, Mexico.

    The 250-plus guests, however, were encouraged to dress informally. Among those in attendance* were Robert Downey Jr., Jonah Hill and Jason Segel, as well as Prinsloo’s fellow models Coca Rocha, Erin Heatherton and Candice Swanepoel.

    Lee Min-ho to tour in September

    Singer-actor Lee Min-ho’s management agency, Starhaus Entertainment, announced on Monday that he’ll be embarking on a new world tour in September.

    The “Re: minho” world tour will kick off in Seoul and will see Lee perform in Beijing and Tokyo, as well as a number of other cities.(SD-Agencies)
