Country star Carrie Underwood is set to become a mom for the first time, she confirmed on Instagram on Monday.

    Underwood and husband Mike Fisher announced the news on Monday, posting a photo of Carrie with the couple’s two dogs, Ace and Penny, who were dressed in doggie T-shirts. One read, “I’m going to be a big brother,” and the other said, “I’m going to be a big sister.”

    “In honor of ‘Labor’ Day, Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement. Their parents couldn’t be happier...,” the singer captioned the image.

    The singer didn’t announce when she’s due, but judging by her photo it’s not for several months.
