Romeo Beckham, David and Victoria Beckham’s second-eldest child, 12, is now a fully fledged fashion model, working the red carpet at the launch of Burberry’s festive campaign in London recently. The youngster, who was first announced as a Burberry model when he was just 10 years old, handled the event like a pro, and appeared to lap up the attention from media and fans. Beckham’s globally famous parents are fashionistas themselves, and Romeo was hand-picked by Burberry’s chief creative officer, Christopher Bailey, to star in the label’s campaigns. Bailey was particularly moved by the good-mannered Beckham brood and Romeo’s abilities, according to Grazia. “They’re an incredible family, and I’m always impressed by Romeo’s enormously talented parents,” Bailey told the fashion website. “They’ve been able to bring up the most beautifully mannered kids, and I’m full of admiration for that.” In 2013, Beckham appeared alongside British fashion model Cara Delevingne in the brand’s mod-inspired ad campaign, wearing dark sunglasses and a bright purple mirrored trench coat.(SD-Agencies) |
