Projects promoted

    NANSHAN District is inviting investment in 11 projects for its Dashahe Innovation Corridor, an industrial belt built along Dashahe River, which is under renovation.

    The five undertakings are government-guided projects, such as Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, Liuxiandong Headquarters for New Industries and Shenzhen Software Base.

    Dashahe Innovation Corridor covers an area of 101 square kilometers and 56 industrial parks have been built there since 2011.

    New sister cities

    COLOMBO, capital of Sri Lanka, and Den Haag, the third-largest city in the Netherlands, have become the latest to sign sister city accords with Shenzhen.

    Shenzhen has established sister city relationships with 63 cities around the world since 1986, when it became a sister city of Houston.
