Disney remakes another classic Disney is revisiting its 1963 animated fantasy “The Sword in the Stone,” putting into development a live-action remake. Brian Cogman, a writer-producer on HBO’s fantasy “Game of Thrones,” has been tapped to pen the script for the project, which will be produced by Brigham Taylor. “Stone,” the final movie released before Walt Disney’s death, told of a young King Arthur who was mentored by Merlin. Jun Ji-hyun pregnant South Korean actress Jun Ji-hyun is expecting her first child. The 33-year-old star’s pregnancy was confirmed by her management company through her official website. The announcement states, “Jun is 10 weeks into her pregnancy. She recently found out about it and is very happy.” The actress, who married banker Choi Jun-hyuk in 2012, started her career in 1997 as a model and became hugely popular after the box office hit “My Sassy Girl” in 2001. Adrien Brody-Ni Ni romcom launched Hero Films, which has recently opened offices in Melbourne and Los Angeles, has its first production in the works. “Manhattan Love Story” is a romantic comedy starring Adrien Brody and Chinese star Ni Ni and directed by Andy Tennant (“Hitch”). The pic is set to start shooting next month in New York with a US$15 million budget. Tennant wrote the script with Rick Parks and Brody. “Manhattan Love Story” centers on a pair who are from far different lands and backgrounds — he’s Italian, she’s Chinese.
