SCULPTURES are on display at the Art Space of Shenzhen International Garden and Flower Expo Park. They were created by artist Lu Jun. Lu said the exhibition allowed local residents to get close to the sculptures, a form of folk art.

    The art space is a public area where residents can encounter art and interact with artists. It is aimed at shortening the distance between art and local residents as opposed to most art venues that are only for elite visitors and keep viewers at arm’s length from the displays.
