奥斯卡颁奖典礼上, 雅各布·特伦布莱萌化了全世界 He might not have been nominated for an Oscar this year, but there was no doubt that Jacob Tremblay stole the show on Sunday in Hollywood, California, the United States. The pint-size “Room” actor, 9, seemed like he was having a blast at the fancy Hollywood fete even before he set foot on the red carpet. “In the car! #Oscars,” he captioned an adorable photo of himself in the backseat of a minivan with his parents smiling in the front seats. In the picture, Tremblay, wearing a tuxedo and bow tie to match his dad, even strikes a pose in the background with his fist to his chin. Once on the carpet, the dapper dude posed for photos, both with his parents and solo, keeping his hands in his pockets at times and jumping around — as a kid at an awards show would — at others. The Canadian-born actor showed off his Darth Vader socks and Millennium Falcon cufflinks for reporters, and chatted with Ryan Seacrest about his look for the evening. When the veteran red carpet host asked Tremblay about his take on his first Oscars so far, the young star replied, “I see lots of legs.” Later, inside the theater, the “Star Wars” fan got the treat of a lifetime when C-3PO, R2-D2 and the newest addition to the clan, BB-8, came on stage to present an award. Tremblay just about jumped out of his seat, craning his neck to make sure he could get a good glimpse of the droids. He would later find them backstage to pose for the most adorable group photo of the night, captioning the Instagram picture, “My new squad!” But perhaps the sweetest moment came when he and his “Room” co-star Brie Larson exchanged a high five and a hug when her name was announced for the best actress category. In her acceptance speech, Larson gave a special shout-out to her onscreen son. “Jacob Tremblay, my partner through this in every way possible,” she gushed, adding a thank you to “my real partner, Alex Greenwald. I love you.” Tremblay later told the press that he was Larson’s biggest fan from the start. “I was like, uh, Brie, you’re gonna do this!” he said. “She said, ‘I don’t know, let’s not get our hopes up!’” (SD-Agencies) |
