The Edinburgh-Shenzhen Creative Exchange incubator is planning to hold an innovation competition named “Create in Edinburgh Competition” in Shenzhen in September.
Three final winning companies will be invited to attend a promotional event in Edinburgh with free return flight tickets and accommodation.
Shenzhen-based companies, which have highly creative products or services ready to enter the U.K. market or have plans and the capacity to collaborate with U.K.-based companies, are welcome to register in this competition.
The creative exchange incubator was jointly launched by the Shenzhen government and the Edinburgh City Council last year to tighten the relationship between the two cities in creative industries and technology.
The incubator in F518 Idea Land in Bao’an District served nearly 30 startups at home and abroad. There are seven foreign startups in the Shenzhen incubator at the moment, while the Edinburgh incubator is housing three Shenzhen cultural enterprises in Britain.
The incubator held an innovation competition named “Create in Shenzhen Competition” in Edinburgh last year. Five British startups stood out at the competition. The five enterprises, from the fields of creative industries or technologies, were Cobra Simulation, Freakworks, Sainted Media, Coda Octopus and Sunamp.
Two seminars about this year’s competition will be held this month. If you are interested in the competition, submit your application at http://www.huodongxing.com/event/2338354322300
