In 2012, Escape Plan released their debut album, called “The World,” and won best rock band, best rock album, best rock music and best male rock musician during the 4th Midi Awards Ceremony.

Escape Plan has been a frequent guest band at the Midi Festival, Strawberry Music Festival, Zhangbei Grasslands Music Festival and they were invited to Summer Sonic in 2011, the largest music festival in Japan.
