Rescuers save a man after the ship he was on board sank in the Neilingding Island area off Shenzhen yesterday. Ten foreigners were salvaged and one body was found, Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration said. The ship, carrying 13 people, sank early yesterday morning, the administration said. The survivors couldn’t speak Chinese, but only simple English. Their identities need to be confirmed and the non-registered ship was suspectedly transporting the passengers illegally into Hong Kong, according to the administration.
