    Ancient porcelain

    Relics provided by Guangdong Museum, Hong Kong Museum of Art and Macao Museum are on display at the “Maritime Porcelain Road” exhibition. The 180 exhibits showcase Chinese pottery and porcelain dating back to the Han Dynasty (206 B.C.-A.D. 220), Chinese made-for-export porcelain with designs commissioned by European buyers.

    Artwork by Mao Lizi

    Chinese artist Mao Lizi is exhibiting his paintings and design works. Mao was a founding member of the Chinese avant-garde art scene and continues to inspire people with his bold paintings and vivid style. Working across multiple disciplines, Mao is known for his paintings, design work and architecture. Mao’s powerful paintings focus on the vastness of space and convey intense movement and emotion in both brush strokes and color choices.

    Dates: Until July 15

    Venue: ONES, Block 19, Qianhai Enterprise Hall, 63 Qianhai Road 1 (前海一路63号前海企业公馆19栋前海壹会艺术空间)

    Metro: Luobao Line, Liyumen Station (鲤鱼门站), Exit A, and then take a free Qianhaixing (前海行) shuttle bus.

    

    Pet Expo

    Shenzhen International Pet Expo will be held at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center this week.

    It’s a great place for pet owners and their pets to interact. A large number of pet industry enterprises will participate in the expo. Hundreds of popular brands from 10 countries have set up booths at the exhibition, ranging from food to healthcare and new apps for your pets. The event features a variety of activities that will keep both visitors and their pets entertained.
