    The expo will focus on location advantage, business environment, support service system and the blueprint of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Bao’an District. It will highlight the path, mode, experiences and various policies aimed at innovative development, promote the key industrial projects and industrial parks in the district, and fully present Bao’an as “Coastal Bao’an: Vibrant District and Industrial City.”

    Technology innovation

    This area presents the original scientific research and achievements in technological innovation of Bao’an District, and exhibits the main park of Taohuayuan Science and Technology Innovation Park, Gaoxinqi Branch Park and Wonderful Life Creative Valley (scientific and technological incubator).

    New materials

    This area highlights the highest-level electronic products in Bao’an District, including satellite telecommunications technology, Internet, e-commerce, computer software, information technology and service, sensor technology, biological recognition, intelligent transportation, laser technology and application, intelligent Internet terminal application, systems integration and software. Also set up in this area is a digital life simulation experience that allows visitors to experience information technology’s new generation of cloud computing, big data and the Internet of Things.

    High-end equipment

    In this area there will be a UAV and 3-D printer, an unmanned factory and industrial robot display, and a humanoid robot performance, which welcomes visitor participation.

    IT industry

    This area will exhibit new-function materials, electronic information materials, new-energy materials, metal materials and nanometer materials. It will also focus on energy conservation, environmental protection technology and equipment for solar, photovoltaic and bio-energy, as well as resource recycling technology and equipment for emission disposal and waste recycling that records green production mode, lifestyle and consumption pattern.

    Culture creativity

    This area presents the cultural and creative industry development achievements of Bao’an District. It features an in-depth analysis of the historical and humanistic resources of Bao’an and exhibits Bao’an’s distinctive culture by means of pictures, text, video, etc. The aim is to fully embody the “culture+” element, using an organic combination of creative pictures and science and technology to display innovatively designed products, and placing emphasis on allowing visitors to experience innovations personally.

    Education industry

    This area provides a comprehensive display of the soft power and competitiveness of Bao’an’s education, including its remarkable education management mode, philosophy of schooling and campus culture. The focus will be on Bao’an’s secondary education, featured education, and arts training, revealing Bao’an’s education development objectives of being “marvelous, superior and unique” and its distinct features of “cluster schooling,” and group management.

    This area exhibits finance application services, logistics, and e-commerce, and is holding activities related to financial service experiences such as “easy credit” and cross-border e-commerce shopping to provide visitors an experience of the modern services of the Internet+ era.

    This area displays some Bao’an features. For instance: buildings, decorative materials, household articles, toys, decorative lighting, outdoor leisure supplies, cleaning products, kitchenware & tableware, and household appliances.
