Chinese artist Cai Chao is exhibiting his artwork at the Luohu Art Museum until Aug. 14.
The theme of the exhibition is “Self-instructed Altitude,” which not only embodies Cai’s high moral character, but also his confidence in art. Cai built his reputation with his early paintings from the late 20th century.
The exhibition features artwork on three themes: industry, the Belt and Road Initiative and pristine nature of the southern Yangtze River. Visitors are free to enjoy the beautiful paintings as well as learn about the work’s cultural connotations during the exhibition.
