    ‘The Jungle Book’

    Chapterhouse Theater Company, from Britain, will present the English drama “The Jungle Book.” In the magical Indian jungle, a new arrival changes the animal kingdom forever. In this beautiful adaptation by award-winning writer Laura Turner, all your favorite animal characters are brought to life to create an enchanting and fun-filled musical for children of all ages.

    Gelato World Tour

    The Gelato World Tour, the world’s prestigious artisan gelato competition, will host its China Challenge at OCT Harbor this weekend. The event will feature 16 renowned gelato artisans from China, inviting visitors to enjoy lessons, hands-on workshops and delicious instruction on the ancient art of making gelato. PreGel, the world’s largest producer of gelato and pastry ingredients, is one of the sponsors of the event.

    ‘The Beauty of Orchids’

    Three botanical artists, Isik Guner from Turkey, Yan Lan and He Ruihua from China, are exhibiting their paintings of various species of orchids to raise the awareness of protecting wild orchids. The exhibition is part of a project organized by China’s Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden and Bangor University’s Treborth Botanic Garden from Britain.
