‘Crazy World’ tour concert by Show Luo

    Taiwanese singer Show Luo will give a solo concert Aug. 20 at Shenzhen Bay Sports Center as part of his “Crazy World” tour.

    Luo was born into a musical family. His father was a host and his mother was a singer. Their job was holding entertainment shows for different events. Luo performed on the drums on stage during his childhood.

    In 1996, he entered the entertainment industry by taking part in a musical competition where he impersonated Aaron Kwok. Along with three other contestants, they debuted as a boy band in Taiwan. That same year, he formed the group Romeo with Ou Di. They released two albums, but the group soon disbanded.

    From 2000 to 2002, Luo concentrated on hosting variety shows. Luo is also commonly known as “Asia’s Dance King” for his dance skills. In 2006, he created his own fashion brand STAGE. The fashion store has branches in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

    Luo became the spokesperson for the Love Blind Charity in 2008. He was the second highest-paid Taiwanese celebrity in 2012. In 2014, he joined EMI Music Taiwan and also joined the famous Chinese variety show “Go Fighting!”
