Watercolor exhibition
    2016-August-11  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

A watercolor exhibition by Hunan artist Hu Lubao is being held at the Shenzhen Art Museum until Aug. 16.

Hu, a member of the Guangdong Artists Association, has devoted himself to painting watercolor works. In his opinion, watercolor reflects the transparency of color and the warmth of light. Most of his work depicts his hometown. As a man who is attached to every tree and bush from his birthplace, he regards his painting as a way of releasing his pangs of homesickness. In his paintings, every spot of color will surely arouse your own sense of nostalgia.

    Dates: Until Aug. 16

    Open: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Venue: Shenzhen Art Museum, inside Donghu Park, Aiguo Road, Luohu District (罗湖区爱国路东湖公园内深圳美术馆)

Metro: Huanzhong Line, Tai’an Station (太安站), Exit A, and then take a taxi(Yu Jinhang)
