Michael Phelps poses with his gold medal after winning the 4x100-meter medley relay at the Rio Olympics on Saturday. It was the final competitive swim for Phelps, who leaves the stage after five Olympic Games as by far the most decorated Olympian of all time with 23 gold medals and 28 overall. The 31-year-old furthered his legend by winning five gold and one silver at the Rio Games after coming out of retirement in 2014.
