A string of international DJs and musicians, including Danny Avila, W&W, Kura, MaRLo and Omnia, will play at the Bougainvillea Music Festival next month.

    Avila is a Spanish house and electro house DJ and producer. He has worked with Tiesto, Deniz Koyu, The Black Eyed Peas and Fedde Le Grand. His first set was in 2010 at the Spanish club Kapital. In 2011, he was nominated as the “DJ Revelacion” at the Vicious Music Awards by Ron Barcelo. In the summer of 2012 he was the youngest DJ at the beach club Blue Marlin.

    Avila debuted at the Ultra Music Festival of Miami in March 2013. He signed a contract with MGM of Vegas as the youngest resident in the history of Hakkasan in 2013 with artists like Steve Aoki, Laidback Luke, DeadMau5, Tommy Trash, Tiesto and Calvin Harris.

    W&W is a Dutch electronic music duo, consisting of Willem van Hanegem and Ward van der Harst. The DJ duo have transcended the boundaries of genre and traverse the globe with their music and performances. Fusing styles and mixing influences, W&W combines the uplifting and melodic elements of trance with the raw intensity of electro and progressiveness of house. Infectious, rebellious and highly energetic, their list of productions is championed by the likes of Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, David Guetta and more for its breadth, diversity and massive appeal to multiple audiences.

    DJ Kura is a Portuguese electro house music DJ and producer. His international breakthrough came with his track “Brazil.” Roger Sanchez picked it up for his “Release Yourself Radioshow.” Thomas Gold picked Kura’s hits “Polaris,” “Love Will Find You,” a remix of “Nightrain” for his radio show. In 2012, he was invited to join the Swiss-based agency WDB Management. He also collaborated with American DJ/producer MAKJ in “Galaxy” and “Old Memories.”

    DJ MaRLo is a Dutch-born musician who lives in Australia. The primary influences for his music include trance, techno, and house music. MaRLo has signed productions to a number of trance and house super-labels such as Spinnin’ Records, Armada, Black Hole Recordings and Flashover Recordings. In 2010 he was voted Australia’s No. 2 Trance DJ and overall No. 11 in the Inthemix Top 50 DJ Poll. While he once used hardware synthesizers, MaRLo produces music almost exclusively on his computer.

    Omnia is a trance and progressive music DJ and producer from Ukraine. His DJ schedule has included festivals and clubs.
