Die! Die! Die! to rock B10 Live
    2016-September-5  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Die! Die! Die!, a New Zealand noise pop/punk/post-punk band, will perform at B10 Live on Friday.

Formed in late 2003, the band’s self-titled album “Die! Die! Die!” was released in 2005. The band’s second album “Promises, Promises” was released in October 2007. Produced by Straitjacket Fits’ Shayne Carter, the album saw the band move away from the more hardcore tendencies of their first record towards a more bass and drum-heavy sound, helped in part by new bassist Lachlan Anderson.

After touring relentlessly for almost three years worldwide, the band completed their third album “Form” in August 2009, which was released on Flying Nun Records in July 2010. Produced by Nick Roughan of Skeptics, the album garnered critical acclaim, earning a nomination in 2011 for Best Alternative Album at the New Zealand Music Awards.

Die! Die! Die! has toured with Franz Ferdinand, Slint, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Wolfmother and The Blood Brothers, and has played several major festivals around the world including spots at SXSW and Incubate.
