亚熟男
yáshúnán
Meaning: "亚" means "semi," "熟" means "mature," and "男" is a "man." This term is coined by Chinese to refer to men who appear mature but are actually a few steps away from being psychologically grown-up. It is roughly equivalent to the English term "kidult."
Example
A: 什么时候请我们喝喜酒啊?
Shénme shíhòu qǐng wǒmen hé xǐjǐu a?
When will you treat us to your wedding banquet?

Bù zhìdào a。
I have no idea.
A: 你和你男朋友都谈了七八年了,怎么还不领证啊?
Nǐ hé nǐ nánpéngyǒu dōu tán le qībānián le, zěnme hái bù lǐngzhèng a?
You and your boyfriend have been seeing each other for some seven or eight years. Why don't you get registered for marriage?
B: 他是个亚熟男,可能还没心理准备要结婚。
Tā shì gè yáshúnán, kěnéng hái méi xīnlǐ zhǔnbèi yào jiéhūn。
He's a kidult, perhaps not psychologically prepared to get married yet.
