SHENZHEN police arrested two drug dealers and seized 2 kg of methamphetamine after a car chase in Bao’an District on Sunday. Tangwei Police Station in Bao’an received a clue Saturday about drug deals in Songgang Subdistrict. The police officers started to chase two suspected drug dealers along Songbai Road and Shajiang Road in Songgang after they completed the deal. The suspects raced away, eventually ramming their car into the police cars when they were intercepted on the road. Their resistance forced the police officers to shoot at their car and one suspect was left injured. According to a police officer, one of the suspects, surnamed Liu, has a history of drug use and was sent to rehab in 2007. The other suspect, surnamed Zhang, is receiving treatment for his injury.
